Q.1)  How do you communicate?

PDS. Our way of working successfully long distance is by daily communication through emails and weekly/fortnightly teleconferences for interactions with your team during your working hours (as per your time-zones)

Data transfer between the client and team here in India is done by attachments with email or through password protected FTP sites.

Q.2)  What are the work arrangements/work modules?

PDS. You can work with any of the following arrangements as suited to your specific requirements

Option 1 - Man-hours basis                  Option 2 - Dedicated Staff /Team basis

Option 3 - Job/Project basis                 Option 4 - Lump sum basis

Q.3) Who are your clients?

PDS.   Our clients are primarily Hospitality Interior Design firms located all over the United States & Europe.

Q.4) What is the best way to access your work process and quality?

PDS.  To understand our work process and quality of deliverables, you could undergo our trial period which we offer to clients who are using our services for the first time. You can start with a trial project /assignment  for a short duration (week to 10 days) during which you will have no financial obligation. In case you are not satisfied with our work. This is the best procedure to evaluate our work quality and work processes.

Q.5) How secure will be the data with you?

PDS.  Your data will be as secure with us as it is with you. We are under confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements with our clients. Our commitment to this can be seen in the fact that we have not displayed any sample drawings or disclosed any client information in our own website.
